Communications and Anti-Spam (CASL)
Our approach
Arimont Developments follows Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). The website does not currently offer a newsletter or promotional email sign-up, and we do not add anyone to a marketing list because they submitted an inquiry.
Replies to your inquiry
When you submit a project inquiry or contact us, we will reply to you about that inquiry. Those replies are part of responding to your request and are not marketing messages.
Marketing messages
If we ever send promotional messages, we will first ask for your separate, express consent using an unchecked checkbox and a clear description of what you are signing up for. Consent to an inquiry is never treated as consent to marketing.

Messages will identify Arimont Developments, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and include contact information: info@arimontdevelopments.com.
Unsubscribing
Every promotional message will include a working way to unsubscribe. Requests will be honoured promptly and no later than 10 business days. We keep a record of consents and withdrawals.
